PowerPlay Interactive Development utilizes professional actors and Applied Theatre techniques to address issues around personal, professional, and institutional development. We use Interactive Theatre as a method to spark dialogue about institutional climate and culture and improve performance in the workplace.
PowerPlay has created performance and training models for a diverse group of clients from all over the country. Our safe, dynamic method of interactive training helps participants engage in challenging conversations around bias, harassment, communication, collaboration, and academic / municpal / exectuive leadership.
The pandemic has changed the way we work and experience moments of unconsious bias.
We are passionate about what we do.
