Fees
The annual membership fee of $50 for 2021-22 covers all classes, programs, and groups (excluding cultural tours). Programs are held in the New Hampshire/Maine Seacoast area and are organized into four-week terms from September to June.

UNH Library
Members of ARA can take advantage of the University of New Hampshire libraries and their more than one million books, periodicals, and recordings. The heart of the system, including special interest libraries, is the Dimond Library just behind Thompson Hall on the UNH campus. To receive a library card, show your current membership badge at the Main Desk. The card is valid for the current membership year.

Many ARA Programs Continue to go Virtual this Spring
Rather than in-person programs for Spring 2022, ARA will continue to use Zoom as the virtual meeting place to keep us engaged. Yes, there will be speakers and presentations, discussions and virtual socialization while staying safe from COVID-19. Stay tuned!
In the meantime:
Programs on Demand (PODs) may continue at the discretion of each POD Coordinator following the prevailing CDC guidelines.
Committee Meetings may continue at the discretion of each Committee Director/Chair virtually or in person, following prevailing CDC guidelines.
Hikes will continue at the discretion of the Hikes Coordinator, but there must be NO CAR POOLING and must follow prevailing CDC guidelines.
