Classes combine cardio, strenth training, core work, and flexibility training for a full-body workout in an hour or less.
- Employee Fitness Program: EFP is closed until further notice. Hours for this semester are Monday - Friday 6:00am - 8:00am and 11:00am - 6:30pm.
