Article V: Discriminatory Harassment Procedures

The Director of the Office of Conduct and Mediation will appoint an independent investigator to investigate allegations of student misconduct involving discriminatory harassment. The independent investigator will provide recommendations to the Director of the Office of Conduct and Mediation Programs regarding whether conduct charges should be filed. All information and relevant documentation gathered by the independent investigator shall be given to the Director of the Office of Conduct and Mediation and may be used as evidence in a student conduct case.
