The newly renovated Hamilton Smith Hall at the University of New Hampshire in Durham

The good is oft interred with the bones, so let it be with Hamilton Smith Hall. The 110-year-old building has undergone a major renovation, and the College of Liberal Arts is preparing a time capsule to be entombed within its foundation during a grand reopening celebration during Homecoming and Family Weekend.

So, tell us: What do you remember most about your time in Ham Smith? A class or professor? A debate or discovery? Share your memories for the time capsule by Sept. 8, and then join us for the interment ceremony on Sept. 22.

The capsule will be opened in 100 years.

Share your memories
