Two national searches are currently underway, one for the next provost and a new position of vice president for enrollment management.
UNH President Mark Huddleston will chair the search for vice president of enrollment management, a new position that will be responsible for competitively positioning UNH to optimize enrollment at the university's three campuses.
"We welcomed our largest ever first-year class this past fall and it is critical that we continue to work to provide a robust, diverse and efficient experience for our student body," said Huddleston.
The search committee to find the next provost is chaired by Mike Ferrara, dean of the College of Health and Human Services, and Deborah Kinghorn, professor of theater and dance.
"This position oversees the university's academic and research enterprise as well as a broad array of student services and academic support programs," said Ferrara and Kinghorn. "We look forward to working with the full committee to find the best candidate for the position."
