Before they took the ice recently, the UNH and UMaine men’s hockey teams visited with Medal of Honor recipient and UNH Manchester alumnus Ryan Pitts and Travis Mills, a quadruple amputee and founder of the Travis Mills Foundation. Both men received tributes from UNH and Operation Hat Trick during a special pre-game reception to honor veterans.
