Latest on the UNH Art Gallery
What happened to the UNH Art Museum?
Since March 2024, when the Museum of Art closed, we have converted the space into a vibrant and active art gallery. In fact, it is now even more widely used by faculty and students for teaching and study.
The Gallery is managed by the Department of Art and Art History under the leadership of the department chair, Professor Ben Cariens. Over the last year, exhibitions have included the work of students, faculty, and external exhibitors, including the highly impressive Rochester-based “Not For Sale” exhibition, and an exhibition on Modernisms hosted by the Ogunquit Museum of American Art. You can find more information about current and previous exhibitions HERE.
The Gallery is located in the Paul Creative Arts Center, and is open with free admission during regular business hours. Please drop by this beautiful space to learn more!
