| RELEASE OF INFORMATION |
A waiver of privacy rights awarded in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Current and former students must complete and submit a signed release authorizing Community Standards to disclose information about a specific disciplinary record or contents of their entire disciplinary history with non-affiliated third parties (e.g., parents, guardians, advisors, potential employers, etc.). |
