
SFC Morales enlisted in the United States Army from Orlando, FL, in 2011. He completed One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, as a Military Police Officer.
Serving in various enlisted leadership positions, from Team Leader, Squad Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. SFC Morales' previous assignments include 709 MP BN (Grafenwöhr, Germany), 1 ABCT (Camp Hovey, South Korea), 615 MP Company (Grafenwöhr, Germany), 42 MP BDE (Joint Base Lewis-McCord, WA), 2d Cavalry Regiment (Vilseck, Germany)
His military education includes Air Assault School, Raven UAS, Special Reaction Team, Marksman/Observer, Hazmat Certifier, Vehicle Crew Evaluator, Company Intelligence Team, Battle Staff, Equal Opportunity Leader's Course, Unit Movement Officer, OPSEC II, Antiterrorism Program Manager, Unit Prevention Leader, Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course, and Conventional Physical Security. He has completed each level of the Noncommissioned Officers Education System through the Senior Leaders course. SFC Morales holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in Management Studies, a graduate certificate in Operations Management, and is currently working towards a master's degree in Leadership at the University of New Hampshire.

SFC Morales married his wife, Jana, in Germany in 2014. They have two children, Jade and Rafael.
