Research published by Dan Bromberg, Associate Professor at the Carsey School, and Étienne Charbonneau, Associate Professor at the École nationale d'administration publique, shows that many police chiefs and regular American civilians agree that officers’ body camera footage should be released to the public if a shooting results in a death.
