John Greabe

Associate Dean for Faculty Research & Development and Professor of Law

Professor Greabe’s scholarship focuses on constitutional law, federal courts and procedure, and civil rights litigation. Before becoming a full-time member of the faculty, he taught at Vermont Law School, had a federal appellate practice, and clerked for a number of federal appeals and trial judges within the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Professor Greabe is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeals for the First, Seventh and Eighth Circuits; and the United States District Courts for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He also is a member of the bar in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

His articles have appeared in a number of law journals, including Constitutional Commentary, the Boston University Law Review, the Notre Dame Law Review, the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, the Buffalo Law Review, the Houston Law Review, the Columbia Law Review Sidebar, and the Virginia Law Review Online.
