Bob Charest of InDepthNH.org recently highlighted a talk co-hosted by the Carsey School of Public Policy and held with Tom O'Donovan, Director of the NH Department of Environmental Services' Water Division. O'Donovan spoke at Carsey's Coffee & Conversations event held Oct. 14 and discussed the extreme drought currently impacting New Hampshire.
