Sunday, October 21, 2018

For 2018, the annual Lean Summit has a new theme, "Times Are Changing," with a focus on transformation, innovation, measurement and engagement.

The UNH Project Management Office (PMO) is partnering with the State of New Hampshire to host the summit at the Memorial Union Building on Friday, Oct. 26, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. The event will feature 23 speakers, a panel discussion, hands-on breakout sessions and examples of Lean Process Improvements as well as networking opportunities. Snacks will be provided, and lunch at Holloway Commons is available for $11 with preregistration.

"The summit is designed for expert and novice alike and is intended for those seeking to learn more about continuous process improvement," notes Paul DeMello of UNH PMO.

Lean UNH helps empower employees to identify the need for change, make recommendations for improvements and implement solutions while remaining focused on positive impacts for the UNH community. More than 700 UNH employees have completed Introduction to Lean.

The 2018 Lean Summit is free to all USNH faculty and staff, but space is limited. Register here and enter UNHguest as the promo code on the payment screen.
