UNH is once again in the top 10 of the Alarms.org Safest College Campuses in America.
UNH is once again in the top 10 in the Safest College Campuses in America ranking.
The 2018 Alarms.org list has UNH at number six among accredited higher education institutions with enrollment of 10,000 students or more. The rankings are based on the most recent data from the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting and the U.S. Department of Education's Campus Safety Security Survey.
The scores were calculated with data including violent and property crime reports from the universities as well as the rates of such crimes for the communities where the schools are located. Durham topped the list for the safest college towns in the country in the Safewise.com rankings for 2017.
