UNH is accepting nominations for the 2018 commencement speaker as well as honorary degree and Granite State Award recipients. Students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the university are invited to submit ideas.
The Granite State Award recognizes an individual’s outstanding contributions to the state, while honorary degrees recognize outstanding citizens, alumni, benefactors or others who have enhanced society in a meaningful way. Both awards will be presented during commencement on May 19, 2018.
Do you know an outstanding individual worthy of recognition? Who do you think would make a great commencement speaker? Nominations will be accepted through Dec. 6.
