The Immigration Law Clinic at the University of New Hampshire School of Law is available to assist members of the public and UNH students at all campuses across the state with legal issues that arise from the decision by the White House to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

UNH Law’s Immigration Law Clinic was established in conjunction with New Hampshire Catholic Charities’ Immigration and Refugee Services division.  Through the clinic, students work with supervisors to address immigration issues for residents of the state of New Hampshire, including DACA, asylum, family reunification, naturalization, and unwarranted removal cases.

Members of the public and UNH students who need assistance with DACA issues or renewals are welcome to call the Immigration Law Clinic at 603-889-9431.  DACA renewals must be filed by October 5, 2017.
