Judy Sharkey, associate professor of education, has received the Excellence in International Engagement Award for 2016. In the video below, Sharkey talks about the opportunity of working with teachers and students in their classrooms.
“As a teacher, one level of success is when I see my students excited about learning and excited about knowing they are having a positive impact on the people that they work with,” Sharkey says.
