Noele Lee

Noele Lee is a Senior Lecturer in Decision Sciences at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. She teaches Operations Management, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management across multiple MBA formats and also teaches Management Information Systems to undergraduate students. In addition, she designs and delivers Executive Education programs focused on helping professionals successfully level-up and evolve from managing to leading.
With a background that spans industry and academia, Noele brings a practical, real-world perspective into the classroom. Her teaching emphasizes decision-making, operational excellence, leadership development, and communication. She is particularly passionate about experiential learning and the thoughtful use of emerging technologies to support sound managerial judgment.
