James McKim is a sought-after speaker, coach, and organizational performance expert. He is the author of “The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance” and serves as Managing Partner of Organizational Ignition. Over his extensive career, McKim has helped organizations align people, process and technology to improve efficiency and growth. He is known nationally for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion and serves as Chair of the Episcopal Church’s National Executive Council Committee on Anti-Racism & Reconciliation. McKim is also president of the Manchester Branch of the NAACP, working to eliminate discrimination and foster racial healing.
