Finding mental health resources

Many students find that frequent, long-term, or specialized services in the community are a more appropriate fit for their presenting problems and/or treatment goals. PACS staff are happy to assist students in finding community referrals.

Meal Solutions

Cats' Cupboard 
UNH Cats' Cupboard, located in the MUB,  helps alleviate food insecurity for UNH Students in need by providing supplemental, direct access to free, nourishing food.
To be eligible for services you must be a current student at the University of New Hampshire and bring your current UNH ID card with you. If possible, please bring your own re-usable bags for carrying items.

Location: MUB 140A
Hours: Tuesdays: 5-8 p.m. and Fridays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
