  2. November 2025 - January 2026: Complete drafts and revisions of Career Goals, Programs and Activities, and Udall Essay.
  3. February 6, 2026, 11:59pm: Internal Deadline
  4. February 18, 2026: Nominees notified
  5. By February 25, 2026: Nominees complete nomination agreement form.
