The French Embassy in the United States is Launching the Lafayette Fellowship, a scholarship program designed to support the next generation of young leaders with a strong interest in the transatlantic relationship. The Lafayette Fellowship will support up to 30 outstanding American students pursuing graduate study at 15 leading academic institutions across France with internationally ranked programs in the fields of STEM, humanities, social sciences, and the arts. Value: Full funding for one year of master's-level studies in France, including tuition, living expenses, travel, program activities, and administrative costs. Includes the French-American Leadership Program, which features lectures, site visits, cultural immersion, and mentorship support aimed at developing the next generation of transatlantic leaders.
Eligibility: Applicants must be under the age of 27 as of July of the funded year; possess a bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution obtained within the last 3 years; have an interest in addressing global challenges in a French-American context.
