CPA is a talented group of experienced doers and fixers. We’re creators. Strategists. We tell stories. Your story, UNH’s story, on and off campus, in whatever way it can best be told: in print, online, through videos or photos, social media, news outlets and our alumni magazine. Through our brand work we advance the university’s core values. Manage the messaging. Create awareness of who and what we are. Who you are. That means we make sure our efforts clearly promote and identify UNH and all it represents. Every time. So, tell us what you need and together we’ll come up with the ideas, develop the strategy and get the job done. Strategic collaboration is one of the things we do best.
The CPA leadership team works in the areas of marketing, project management, public affairs, communications and public relations. We collaborate on communication initiatives from conception to successful completion across several university channels.
Communications and Marketing
Our communication and marketing experts strive to advance the university’s image and ensure that all promotional materials align with the UNH brand, with a particular focus on student recruitment, alumni relations, research and fundraising initiatives.
We’re a dynamic group that leads the development and implementation of strategic communications and marketing programs for the university’s six colleges, the law school and UNH Extension. Our audiences include alumni and donors, media, key influencers in the state and beyond and prospective students and their families.
The Office of Government Relations advances the university’s strategic initiatives by forging and sustaining valuable relationships between UNH and local, state and federal government. We work to raise the profile of the university by promoting its value to the state’s economy, while educating New Hampshire’s citizens and elected leaders about our priorities, programs, resources and needs.
Our media relations team shares UNH news and promotes our experts with state, regional and national media outlets in print, radio and television. We also have an ISDN line for radio interviews and access to a ReadyCam® broadcast studio so professors and staff can connect with a variety of media channels.
Our #UNH Social team shares UNH stories and engages its multiple audiences through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat, and helps campus departments develop and maintain their own social media plans to do the same. We also help explain the importance of measuring success through analytics and engagement.
