With its new first-year inquiry seminars, UNH is changing the definition of undergraduate education, building on the great strides already made with undergraduate research opportunities, the Honors Program, and international education.
Education at the University of New Hampshire is grounded in inquiry. Whether through the Discovery Program’s interdisciplinary Inquiry courses now being implemented, undergraduate research activities, or scholarly and creative pursuits, the spirit of discovery pervades our campus. It defines the core educational experience that emphasizes UNH students’ role as active shapers of their own intellectual, artistic, and social development.
