Environmental Management
Solid Waste and Environmental Management Planning (SWEMP)
In direct support of the University of New Hampshire’s commitment to sustainability and protection of human health and the environment, the SWEMP encourages all members of the university community to actively pursue controlling solid waste streams through the implementation of initiatives designed to minimize volume, toxicity, and physical impact to the environment.
The SWEMP was created to address regulatory compliance, continual improvement, and pollution prevention activities at UNH.
