The UNH Dairy Bar features all of your favorites like Gifford's ice cream, wholesome breakfast items and upscale sandwiches and local greens, all served in compostable packaging to limit our environmental impact. It is a whole new experience at the UNH Dairy Bar.

Local & Sustainable
The UNH Dairy Bar restaurant uses compostable packaging and unique recycling sorting bins for guests to contribute in our efforts for a more sustainable UNH.
We use a variety of fresh local products from suppliers using sustainable methods that results in great quality foods. As a proud member of the Green Alliance, we practice energy conservation and efficiency as well to enhance our environment and community.
