Black Sheep
Description:
This photograph is a great example of why I continue to shoot with film, specifically large- and medium-format cameras. In both cases, the entire picture-taking process is slowed down significantly and requires you to be aware of everything within the frame. To me, the most important elements of this photograph are the small gap in the wood paneling, the small thumbtack above the picture frame and the soft shadow in the bottom right corner.
