Jesse Stabile Morrell

Ms. Morrell areas of interest cover young adult and adolescent health, obesity and metabolic health, behavioral and environmental influences on health and wellness, food and culture, and using technology to engage and enhance student learning.

In addition, Ms. Morrell directs the UNH-in-Italy program, a UNH-managed study abroad opportunity for students interested in exploring the cuisine, culture, and sustainability of the Italian food system. She is passionate about fostering international experiences and cultural understanding among UNH students.
