According to new data released from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. life expectancy could drop by the largest amount since World War II, reports The Wall Street Journal. Ken Johnson, Senior Demographer with the Carsey School of Public Policy, said he estimates that COVID-19 will result in more deaths than births in half of U.S. counties – the first time this has happened in U.S. history.
