Dawn Zitney, wellness educator/counselor with Health & Wellness, is offering a free course on well-being. Running Wednesdays through June 24, from noon to 1:30 p.m., the class will introduce you to the science behind self-compassion and practice ways you can offer yourself more tenderness to navigate difficult times. There will be opportunities for personal reflection and sharing with other classmates. Suggested practices to do throughout the week to enhance your learning and personal growth will be provided, including suggested readings. FREE: Register here
