According to research from the Carsey School, over 16,000 people with a bachelor's degree or higher moved to New Hampshire between 2013 and 2016. In contrast, 11,500 people without a bachelor's degree moved out of the state. Additionally, the states minority population has grown to be about ten percent of the population.
