Dear Faculty/Staff,
Before the diversions of summer fully set in, please be reminded that the annual parking permit renewal process for employees takes place in August for fac/staff, service and third shift permit types. No action is required at this time, but this annual preview notice serves to set in mind what to expect/do later this summer.
If you are in auto-renew, expect a renewal checkup notice by mid-August delivered to your email or home address. Simply check over the account information for any needed updates, and your permit will be automatically renewed on Sept. 1 unless you chose to opt out.
For standard renewal, expect a renewal application form by mid-August delivered to your email or home address. Check over the information for any needed updates, and return the form with payment choice before Sept. 1.
Renewal notices are only sent to those individuals whose permits were renewed for 2018-19 and are still valid at the time of the renewal period.
If you do not receive your auto-renew or standard renew notice by Aug. 20, you must contact the parking office. All fines must be paid for renewal to take place.
If your parking account information has changed since last summer (new car info, new address or contact info, etc.), please take a moment to fill out the parking account update request form.
If you do not have a permit and would like one, please come to the parking office to fill out an application. New applicants must furnish documentation of employment.
