Passings: Susan E. Goldin

Susan E. Goldin, a former director of Theatre Resources for Youth (TRY) at UNH, died June 20. Goldin served as director of TRY from 1970 to 1998, facilitating the production of innovative educational outreach programs and professional touring companies focused as much on community building as on performance, including most notably the Little Red Wagon children's theatre touringcompany, which was instrumental in bringing theatre education into the public school system.
For several years Goldin taught courses in the theater department as well as teaching at UNH Manchester and Great Bay Community College. Her full obituary can be read here.
