October is an eventful month full of activities sponsored by Health & Wellness. With more than 35 workshops and events, there really is something for everyone. Check some of them out in the Fall 2017 #BeWellUNH guide.

I wouldn’t be doing my job as the Health & Wellness intern if I didn’t plug the Flu Clinic for students.

Flu Clinic for Students

October 4, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Hamel Rec Center
The cost of the flu shot is covered by your health fee. No appointment necessary; just bring your student ID.

There will be free baked goods to sweeten the incentive for attending!

And, just when you’re starting to feel the pressure of midterms, take some time to chill out at the Wellness Fest, brought to UNH by Fresh Check Day.

From October 23 – ­­27, the Eating Concerns Mentors are hosting Body Positivity Week with a screening of Embrace.
