Chef Todd Sweet has been promoted to the position of assistant director of culinary at UNH Hospitality Services. In this new role, Sweet will coordinate and oversee all aspects of food production at the three UNH dining halls.
Sweet came to UNH in 2013 to serve as executive chef at Philbook Dining Hall. He is a certified executive chef and certified culinary administrator through the American Culinary Federation. Before coming to UNH, he led the kitchens of such New Hampshire culinary institutions as the Portsmouth Brewery and the Shaker Table at Canterbury Shaker Village.
