Some of these included articulating the brand challenge, meeting expectations of many constituencies, improving Concord and statewide relations, being able to continue to advance the institution with limited resources, determining how competing needs come together and how all parts of UNH work together, pooling strengths and satisfying the needs and wants of students.

Discussion was held regarding the search process and confidentiality of the process. USNH General Counsel Ron Rodgers reviewed the confidential search process, nondisclosure agreements and importance of exercising sound judgment in conversations and email exchanges regarding details of the search process, particularly any information whatsoever about individual candidates.
