The NEA filed three petitions for certification to establish new bargaining units in late December 2016, with subsequent amended versions for OS and PAT in January 2017. Copies of these petitions were posted in campus buildings where staff employee positions that are listed in the petitions are located. Here are links to the most current version of each petition:
