Meet the Fall 2025 B Impact Clinic Cohort

One unique thing about sustainability at UNH is that students can work alongside professionals to learn new skills while making meaningful impact supporting local companies. This fall, B Impact Clinic students are learning B Lab’s new standards for assessing a company’s environmental and social impacts and helping four companies complete the B Impact Assessment – the first step for a company to become B Corp certified. Meet the companies and student teams working together for a sustainable future.
 

This fall, we're thrilled to share that the clinic is being taught by our long-time partner and expert in all things B Corp, Benn Marine (he/him). Benn is the Communications Director at Campfire Consulting, a certified B Corp and 1% for the Planet member based in Maine. At Campfire, Benn leads impact-driven media strategies that align marketing investments with measurable outcomes for people and the planet. He is also an experienced B Corp Consultant, serving on the Maine B Corp Leadership Circle and as co-chair of B Lab US and Canada’s B Proud network supporting LGBTQ+ leaders in business. At UNH, Benn brings his passion for teaching and mentorship to the B Impact Clinic, helping students engage directly with companies on the B Impact Assessment and explore how business can be a force for good.
