The online minor in Organization and Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire covers marketing, management, accounting, information systems, legal, and ethical issues in business. Students learn skills in management, leadership, and organizational behavior that are applicable to their chosen career.

The minor in business administration is designed to provide the student with content and additional in-depth education in marketing, management, accounting, information systems, legal, and ethical issues in business. Understanding the processes, systems, and leading people would be outcomes intended of the minor.
All minor courses must be completed with a minimum grade of C-, and a 2.0 grade point average must be maintained in courses for the minor. Two courses must be at the upper level (600 or 700). Only 8 credits may overlap between major and minor.
