PowerPlay Interactive Development utilizes professional actors and Applied Theatre techniques to address issues around personal, professional, and institutional development. We use Interactive Theatre as a method to spark dialogue about institutional climate and culture and improve performance in the workplace.

DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS
PowerPlay & Dr. Karen Collins consult with you to customize an interactive workshop that allows leaders to practice engaging in difficult issues. This workshop format is designed to give participants the opportunity to observe challenging scenarios and to utilize our professional actors to test strategies that will help foster better outcomes. This facilitated session allows participants to dig into relatable issues faced by leaders in academic, corporate and other institutional settings.

MENTORSHIP
Create a more effective and impactful mentorship plan through the improvement of your working environment.
SPEAKING UP
Attendees will first learn about bystander reactions and how these reactions can help or hinder decisions to speak up. Building on this understanding, participants will learn key strategies for speaking up that invite reflection and dialogue.
CLIMATE
Interactive Theatre is combined with Design Thinking as a method of Impacting local policy making related to climate change
