PowerPlay Interactive Development utilizes professional actors and Applied Theatre techniques to address issues around personal, professional, and institutional development. We use Interactive Theatre as a method to spark dialogue about institutional climate and culture and improve performance in the workplace.
FEATURED PROGRAM:
Creating a Better Workplace
Led by Dr. Stephanie Goodwin, this program allows participants to utilize the PowerPLAY interactive theatre process to examine the myriad of challenges that create roadblocks toward having a workplace built on mutual respect and healthy professional relationships. Dr. Goodwin brings her years of experience and research as a social psychologist and organizational strategist to create this impactful program in collaboration with PowerPLAY.

MENTORSHIP
Create a more effective and impactful mentorship plan through the improvement of your working environment.
SPEAKING UP
Attendees will first learn about bystander reactions and how these reactions can help or hinder decisions to speak up. Building on this understanding, participants will learn key strategies for speaking up that invite reflection and dialogue.
CLIMATE
Interactive Theatre is combined with Design Thinking as a method of Impacting local policy making related to climate change
