Friday, March 08, 2024 - 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
We are expecting a gathering of ~300 students on the lawn in front of Thompson Hall Lawn or the Fishbowl (Scott Hall Lawn, this is our backup location) and will fence off the event area to designate the spectating and competition areas. Red Bull will be supported with a DJ table and inflatable arch to attract students as well and tower lights will be used to illuminate the event area. Waivers will be required for all participants. Students will be at the event area during the days leading up to the event to shovel snow if needed and build the course. Hay will be laid if snow is not ample to protect the grass. Vendors may also be present to sell merchandise.
