Presented by the UNH Agriculture, Nutrition and Food Systems department
Currently, consumption of meat, eggs and grains meets or exceeds USDA guidelines for a healthy diet and falls far short in consumption of vegetables, dairy, and fruit. This seminar will describe the average American diet and what is known about the consequences of systemic disparities in food access for dietary patterns, human health and wellness.
