Pre-pandemic: Philbrook and Holloway Commons had an Allergen Friendly station with prepared exclusively with ingredients that do not contain gluten (barley, wheat, rye) plus the 8 most common food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybean. (Stillings had the Wellness station).
During the pandemic (as of Fall 2020): The Allergen Friendly stations are open in Stillings and Philbrook only.
