Wellness coaches are available right on campus to help you improve your physical, social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, occupational, and financial wellness.

Are you looking to make your health a priority but don't know where to start, what to do, or just don't feel like you have time? Luckily, UNH provides professional wellness coaches and educators that want to help you.

According to the Office of Health Education and Promotion, wellness is:

•   An active process through which you become aware of and make choices towards a more balanced life

•   A conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving your full potential

•   A multi-dimensional and whole-self lifestyle

•   Positive and self-affirming

There are many different dimensions of wellness, and wellness coaching can help you better understand how all of the different parts of your life are interconnected, helping you reach your full potential.

Wellness coaches work to positively influence how you feel about yourself and the world around you. They are there to support you in making lifestyle changes that are achievable and aligned with your personal goals.
