Find Out How PACS Can Be More Than Just Counseling

Psychological and Counseling Services (PACS) at UNH provides students with support and education for their personal and academic success through confidential counseling, psychiatric consultation, and outreach and prevention services. However, PACS at UNH is much more than just counseling services. They do offer a number of different counseling services including, individual counseling, group counseling, and couple’s counseling.

More recently, PACS has introduced a series of informal and interactive workshops for the semester, surrounding bettering student’s mental health, that doesn’t have to do with seeing a counselor. These workshops include:

  • Homesickness – October 4th, 2018

  • Stress Management – October 11th, 2018

  • Relationships – October 18th, 2018

  • Breakups – October 25th, 2018

  • Healthy Communication – November 1st, 2018

  • Anger Management – November 8th, 2018

  • Going Home for the Holidays – November 15th, 2018

  • Mindfulness – November 29th, 2018

  • Finishing the Semester Strong – December 6th 2018

Any and all of these workshops require no prior registration, and are open to all students! For more information visit the Psychological and Counseling Services Website.
