- Move your body in a way that feels good for you (getting grounded + in sync with your body and the healing capacity of movement paired with nature!)
This program is open to all UNH community members (students, faculty & staff) and is part of our Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) programming. You do not need to identify as a survivor/victim to attend this event- rather, the goal is to raise awareness + be in community with one another while finding safety, joy, and healing in nature.
