We will explore the following with our panelists Richard Kurz (Adjunct Professor, Partner Haug Partners LLC, ’10) and Bruce Leicher (Adjunct Professor, consultant and former General Counsel of Momenta Pharmaceuticals), moderated by Micky Minhas ’97 (Director of Intellectual Property). Introductions by Lucy Hodder (Professor of Law, Director of Health Law and Policy).
