The collection supports research aimed at protecting New England's plant biodiversity while also giving UNH students and community members access to this immersive learning resource.

Join us for a tour through 10 must-see specimens, and find out which of them have been dubbed tops in specific categories, including spikiest, smelliest, deadliest, largest, and most beautiful. The specimens range widely in terms of when they were collected - including one from more than 200 years ago, before the herbarium even existed - and where they were located.
