Please complete all sections of this form. An IR&A staff member will contact you within 2 business days to confirm receipt of your request and provide an approximate timeline for delivery of the data/information requested.

Our timeframe for responding to data requests can vary depending on workload within our office. To ensure that we can meet your desired timeline, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to when the information will be needed.

IR&A data is not real-time, it is structured by point-in-time (examples: term "Fall 2015/academic year "2015-2016"/fiscal year "2015-2016"/R+30 2012/etc.)

Preferred Completion Date

Preferred dates will be accommodated to the best of our ability depending on the nature of the request and our current work load.
